Manufacture Warranty
We want you to be assured that our customer service goes beyond just selling you the Fireplace Radiator™. This unit has the best warranty on the market. The manufacturer covers all cast iron and metal parts for 5 years. The electrical components (the blower motor) are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase to the original purchaser. The warranty card must be mailed to the manufacturer within 10 days of receiving your product.

Special Note On The Manufacturer Warranty:
Your Fireplace Radiator™ must be purchased through an authorized dealer for your warranty to be in effect. If you purchase your Fireplace Radiator™ through an unauthorized dealer the manufacture warranty will not be honored.
