Gas Starters

In most cases, the Fireplace Radiator™ will work with gas starters. However, some times the gas line may have to be re-routed. We can help you determine, prior to making your purchase, if your gas line needs to be adjusted. Please email us the following dimensions along with a few digital photos of your fireplace.

  1. How deep is your fireplace from the front opening to the back of the fire box?
  2. Do you have a dropped fireplace? (When the fire box is lower than the hearth/front opening)
  3. How far back from the front of your fireplace is the gas starter located?
  4. What is the width of your fireplace from the side point where your gas starter comes in?
  5. How far from the side of your fireplace does the gas starter protrude out?
  6. What is the measurement from the fireplace floor to the top side of the gas starter?

By emailing us the digital photos and dimensions of your fireplace we will be able to determine if the Fireplace Radiator™ will work with your fireplace as is or if re-routing will be necessary.
