Manufacturer Warranty

We want you to be assured that our customer service goes beyond just selling you the Fireplace Radiator™. This unit has the best warranty on the market. The manufacturer covers all cast iron and metal parts for 5 years. The electrical components (the blower motor) are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase. The warranty card must be mailed to the manufacturer within 10 days of receiving your product. Mail original warranty card to: Mr. Flame, Inc. 1300 N. River Street Portland, OR 97227 

 FireplaceRadiator.com Free Extended Warranty Program

For a limited time you will receive a free extended warranty when you purchase your Fireplace Radiator™ directly through FireplaceRadiator.com After the manufacturer warranty has expired, your extended warranty through FireplaceRadiator.com will cover the electrical components (the blower motor) for an additional 1 year or 1 incident which ever comes first. That gives you up to a 2 year warranty on the blower motor.

To qualify for the extended warranty you must:

• Purchase your Fireplace Radiator™ through the offical web site of the Fireplace Radiator™      www.FireplaceRadiator.com
• Photo copy the original warranty card and send the copy to:

• The warranty card must be mailed to us within 10 days of receiving your product.
• If GO Sales Inc. does not have a warranty card on file your extended warranty is void.

In the event that you have a claim during your extended warranty period, a RMA # must be obtained. Contact GO Sales Inc. toll free at 1-877-663-7454 for a return authorization number (RMA#) and instructions. Any product sent back without a RMA# is considered abandoned. All blower motors must be returned (freight must be prepaid) for an inspection. After an inspection GO Sales Inc. will repair or replace the blower motor at our discretion.
