Set up is very simple! The Ember Chef ™ is our best selling accessory. It attaches directly to your Fireplace Radiator™ giving you a grill to cook on. You can barbecue any time of the year right from the comfort of your own home. When assembled, the support brackets can remain permanetly. Too add another log simply remove the grill from the bracket, add your firewood and replace the grill. 

Barbecue even in the Winter!

Power out? The Ember Chef™ has you covered. Simply cook over embers. Allow your fire to burn down to red coals and add a layer of charcoal briquettes. When a white ash covers the briquettes spread them out to reduce excessive flare‑ups, insert the grill and you have a 14 x 18 inch grill to cook on. That's 252 square inches of cooking space to barbecue on. It also has 4 height adjustment settings.

Barbecue and Heat your home at the same time!Always use caution, barbecuing in your fireplace is convenient and fun. Note directions and precautions on charcoal containers, always check to see your damper is fully open for adequate fireplace ventilation and pre-warm the flue. Go to sleep at night knowing that your Fireplace Radiator™ will automatically shut off at the time that you choose. We offer both a standard and a digital timer. They are easy to program and use. Shipping is free on both timers.

 

Power cords up to 15 feet. The fan box on the Fireplace Radiator™ comes standard with a 6 1/2 ft. power cord. We can now customize your unit with a power cord up to 15 ft. long.
